We are at Tavira for our last night in Portugal before heading 100 miles east to Seville. We've heard that it's the Three Kings celebration, something Madrid, Barcelona and Seville on the 12th night of Xmas.
Highlight of today was in a small back street haberdashery shop where Rachel explained (to the little old man owner) in perfect Portuguese, that she needed a needle for cross stitch. OK, the perfect Portuguese was supplemented (more than a little) with sign language, but it worked! Meantime Brian was in the nearby wine shop selecting his next bottle of port!
